After market research identified low awareness of the services provided by this 155 year-old human services organization, a branding initiative was developed to include a new corporate identity and logo, the creation of an image bank to better represent the populations served, the development of a website and collateral materials to communicate the continuum of services, and a publicity campaign to promote its mission and activities to the local communities it served.
